    THE POSITION

    We are looking for an assistant to the Technical Administration department to work in a team of 3 people providing administrative support across our offices in Europe, Africa and South America.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -Manage and create technical documents (reports, meeting minutes, contracts, correspondence, offers, etc)
    -Technical filing
    -Technical documents translation
    -Data input
    -Assist the project managers
    -International clients back office assistance

    REQUIREMENTS:

    -Essential very fluent in written and spoken English. Good level of French will be a plus.
    -Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
    -Very good knowledge of Office package
    -Dynamic, versatile and organized person
    -Able to work under pressure
    -Previous experience in a similar industry is desirable

    We are looking for an Engineer or Architect with experience in construction Project Management to work in Casablanca.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Project Management:

    – Direct contact with the client.

    – Conception & definition of the initial project.

    – Management of the project globally.

    – Setting- up of the construction team.

    – Management of the tender processes.

    – Planning consent management.

    – Program preparation and follow up.
