Spécialistes de la construction de bâtiments industriels, logistiques et tertiaires, nous sommes une ingénierie agissant principalement en tant qu’Assistant à Maitrise d’Ouvrage et Maitre d’œuvre.

    VOTRE MISSION?

    Sous la direction du Country Manager France, vous intégrerez l’équipe parisienne composée de 6 personnes et contribuerez, grâce à votre esprit d’initiative et votre sens de l’organisation, à maintenir la relation privilégiée avec la direction technique du maitre d’ouvrage grâce aux chantiers gérés avec succès.

    VOUS RESPONSIBILITÉS?

    Vous gérez de façon autonome des projets en assistance à maitrise d’ouvrage ou en maitrise d’œuvre.

    -Interlocuteur privilégié du client

    -Elaboration de l’avant-projet

    -Gestion du projet

    -Appel d’offres et préparation des marchés (entreprises, prestataires de services)

    -Planification du chantier et suivi du planning

    -Coordination et suivi technique du chantier

    -Animation des réunions de chantier, relation avec entreprises

    -Responsable de la gestion économique globale du projet, suivi du budget

    -Et sûrement beaucoup d’autres choses que votre proactivité ne manquera pas de remarquer!

    VOTRE PROFIL?

    -2 ans d’expérience dans le secteur de la maîtrise d’œuvre ou en entreprise TCE pour des projets de bâtiments industriels, tertiaires et logistiques.

    -Diplôme d´ingénieur.

    -Connaissances pointues de toutes les phases de la construction (dépôt de permis, autorisation d’exploiter, concessionnaires, travaux, etc.)

    -Connaissances générales de l’ensemble de la construction (VRD, gros-œuvre, charpente, lots techniques, sprinkler, racking, etc.)

    -Un sens aigu de l’organisation et d’adaptation pour être autonome sur votre poste, et faire preuve de proactivité.

    -Anglais indispensable. Une connaissance de l’espagnol est un plus.

    -Maîtrise des outils informatiques Office, Autocad. Revit est un plus.

    -Disponible pour faire des déplacements réguliers sur toute la France.

    International Engineering & Project Management Consultant with headquarter for Germany in Dusseldorf, and a team of above 30 people in 7 offices throughout Europe, Africa and South America.
    Specialized in construction of industrial, logistics, commercial and office buildings, we are experts in services of Engineering Consultancy, Construction Project Management & Project Monitoring.

     

    THE POSITION

    We are looking for an Engineer or Architect with experience in construction Project Management to initiate the activity of our Germany subsidiary. As project manager he/she will need to report to the BU leader.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Project Management:
    – Direct contact with the client.
    – Conception & definition of the initial project.
    – Management of the project globally.
    – Setting- up of the construction team.
    – Management of the tender processes.
    – Planning consent management.
    – Program preparation and follow up.
    – Technical management of the construction.
    – Leading the weekly onsite construction coordination meetings.
    – Economical overview of the project.
    – And most likely many other tasks that such a proactive person will bring.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Project manager with more than 5 years’ experience in construction project management in the industrial and logistics sector.
    Including:
    – German native with excellent written and spoken capabilities.
    – Full knowledge of construction processes from design to handover.
    – Detail knowledge of technical specification and construction prices.
    – Commercial capabilities.
    – Fluent English.
    – We value knowledge of other languages like French or Spanish.
    – Mastering of office pack and Autocad. REVIT would be a plus.
    – Availability to travel within Germany and internationally in case of opportunities.
    – Immediate availability.
