    Under the direction of Country Manager France, you will join the Paris team of 6 people and contribute, thanks to your spirit of initiative and your sense of organization, to maintain the privileged relationship with the technical direction of the project owner thanks to successfully managed projects.


    You autonomously manage projects in support of project management or project management.

    – Privileged client contact

    – Preparation of the preliminary draft

    – Project management

    – Invitation to tender and preparation of contracts (companies, service providers)

    – Site planning and planning follow-up

    – Coordination and technical monitoring of the site

    – Animation of site meetings, relationship with companies

    – Responsible for the overall economic management of the project, budget monitoring

    – 2 years of experience in the project management or TCE business for industrial, tertiary and logistics projects.

    – Engineering degree.

    – French native with excellent written and spoken capabilities.

    -In-depth knowledge of all phases of construction (license deposit, operating license, concessionaires, works, etc.)

    – General knowledge of the whole construction (VRD, structural work, framework, technical batches, sprinkler, racking, etc.)

    – A keen sense of organization and adaptation to be autonomous on your position, and to be proactive.

    – English indispensable. A knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

    – Proficiency in Office IT tools, Autocad. Revit is a plus.

    – Available to make regular trips throughout France.

    We are looking for an Engineer or Architect with experience in construction Project Management to initiate the activity of our Germany subsidiary. As project manager he/she will need to report to the BU leader.



    Project Management:
    – Direct contact with the client.
    – Conception & definition of the initial project.
    – Management of the project globally.
    – Setting- up of the construction team.
    – Management of the tender processes.
    – Planning consent management.
    – Program preparation and follow up.
    – Technical management of the construction.
    – Leading the weekly onsite construction coordination meetings.
    – Economical overview of the project.
    – And most likely many other tasks that such a proactive person will bring.



    Project manager with more than 5 years’ experience in construction project management in the industrial and logistics sector.
    – German native with excellent written and spoken capabilities.
    – Full knowledge of construction processes from design to handover.
    – Detail knowledge of technical specification and construction prices.
    – Commercial capabilities.
    – Fluent English.
    – We value knowledge of other languages like French or Spanish.
    – Mastering of office pack and Autocad. REVIT would be a plus.
    – Availability to travel within Germany and internationally in case of opportunities.
